As a DevOps & platform engineer you'll make that platform reliable, observable, secure and affordable - and give every engineer a smooth path from a commit to production.
What you'll do
- Run and improve our servers, containers, databases and networking.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and safe, repeatable deploys.
- Set up monitoring, logging and alerts - and take part in a fair on-call rota.
- Harden security: patching, secrets, backups and access control.
- Keep costs and performance under control as we grow.
What you bring
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or systems administration.
- Strong Linux, networking and shell scripting.
- Hands-on Docker, nginx and at least one cloud or VPS platform.
- Experience running PostgreSQL: backups, restores and tuning.
- Good written English and a calm head in an incident.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes or Terraform.
- VoIP / WebRTC infrastructure (TURN, SIP).
- Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
