As an AI & ML engineer you'll take ideas from a notebook to a dependable service - choosing the right model, grounding it in real data, measuring it honestly and keeping it fast and affordable.
What you'll do
- Design and build LLM features: prompting, retrieval (RAG), tools and agents.
- Build evaluation sets and measure quality, cost and latency before and after every change.
- Prepare and clean data, and fine-tune or adapt models where it pays off.
- Ship models as reliable services, and monitor them in production.
- Work with product and engineering to pick the problems where AI truly helps.
What you bring
- 2+ years in machine learning, data science or AI engineering.
- Strong Python, and hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs or open models.
- An understanding of embeddings, vector search and evaluation methods.
- Solid software engineering habits: version control, tests and clean code.
- Good written English; Dari and Pashto are a strong plus for language work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dari/Pashto language or speech technology.
- PyTorch, fine-tuning and model serving.
- MLOps: pipelines, monitoring and GPU cost control.
