We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their device, ability or circumstances. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order and a “Skip to content” link.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators, including menus and dialogs.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet contrast requirements in both light and dark mode.
- Descriptive labels for icons, buttons and form fields for screen-reader users.
- Animations that switch off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts that adapt to screen size and text zoom without horizontal scrolling.
3. Known limitations
We test the Site regularly, but some issues may still slip through. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; if you find anything that is hard to use, please tell us.
