Who we are, the ways we work and how to take the first step.
Manzoorify is an AI and software engineering company. We design and build products end-to-end for clients across eight service areas, and we provide subcontracted engineering capacity to FAANG and other large technology companies.
Manzoorify was established in 2022 by Manzoor Ahmad Wayar, its Founder & CEO. You can meet him and the rest of the leadership team.
Email sales@manzoorify.com or book a free call with a few lines about what you want to build. A real person - not a bot - reads every message, and we'll set up a short discovery call with an engineer and outline next steps.
There are two. With client projects, a dedicated cross-functional squad delivers your product end to end on a fixed-scope or milestone basis. With subcontract engineering, our engineers or pods join your team on a long-term, capacity-based model - and if you're not sure which fits, we'll recommend one on the first call.
AI features and agents, web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, internal tools, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure - from greenfield builds to rescuing projects that have stalled.
No. A few lines on the problem, your users and any deadlines are enough to start. Turning an idea into a scope you can hold us to is exactly what our discovery phase is for.
We're always glad to hear from exceptional engineers and designers. Send a short note and a link to your work, CV or GitHub to hello@manzoorify.com - our careers page explains how hiring works.
How we estimate, price and put every engagement in writing.
It depends on scope, team size and timeline, so we don't publish a rate card. After a short discovery call we'll send a clear proposal with the team, approach and timeline - free and with no obligation.
Client projects are priced as fixed scope or by milestone, so you know what each phase delivers before it starts. Subcontract engagements are long-term and capacity-based, priced on the engineers or pods you need. We'll recommend the model that fits during discovery.
Yes. The first call is free and comes with no obligation - you'll talk to an engineer about your goals, risks and scope. If it makes sense to work together, a written proposal follows.
We don't publish a fixed minimum. A tightly scoped first step - an MVP, an architecture review or a single AI feature - is often the best way to start, and our project form lets you share a budget range so we can shape the scope around it.
Change is normal. Because we build in two-week sprints with weekly demos, priorities can shift at each sprint boundary - and anything that affects budget or timeline is agreed with you before we act on it.
Every engagement is governed by a written agreement covering scope, ownership, confidentiality and payment terms. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details - please don't send confidential information until one is in place.
How projects run week to week - and how you always know what shipped.
Four phases: Discover (1-2 weeks), Design (1-3 weeks), Build in two-week sprints, then Launch & scale. Each phase ends with a review gate - scope sign-off, design review, release readiness - so nothing moves on until it's ready. See how we work.
It depends on scope. Discovery takes 1-2 weeks and design 1-3 weeks, and by the end of discovery you'll have a milestone plan with a realistic build timeline. We scope MVPs tightly around your riskiest assumptions so you can launch, learn and iterate quickly.
You get a live demo every week, written updates and a staging environment that always runs the latest build. An engineering lead owns delivery and communication, so you always have a single point of accountability.
A dedicated cross-functional squad shaped to the work: an engineering lead plus the software, AI and ML, design, QA and DevOps skills your project needs. You'll know who is on the team and what each person owns - meet the roles.
Yes. We're built for global teams: we keep daily overlapping hours with yours and run async-friendly rituals, with written updates and decisions recorded where everyone can find them.
Every change is peer-reviewed against a written engineering bar, and CI runs automated tests on every pull request. Major decisions are recorded as ADRs, and interfaces are built to WCAG 2.2 AA with performance budgets checked in CI - see our engineering standards.
AI, software, mobile, data, cloud, cybersecurity, blockchain and consulting.
We're model-agnostic. We choose between hosted foundation models and open-weight models based on quality, latency, cost and data-privacy needs - and design systems so models can be swapped later.
Every AI system we build ships with an evaluation suite - test sets, automated scoring and human review - so improvements and regressions are measurable. Evaluation and monitoring carry on in production, not just before launch.
Yes. We build agents that plan, call your tools and APIs and finish multi-step tasks with approvals and a full audit trail, and RAG systems that answer from your own documents with citations and access control. Both can run inside your own cloud account.
Yes - from customer-facing web apps and multi-tenant SaaS platforms to ERP, CRM and internal tools, plus the APIs, microservices and back ends behind them. Everything ships with clean architecture and automated tests, so it stays easy to evolve.
It depends on your performance needs, team and budget. We build native Swift and Kotlin apps as well as React Native and Flutter, recommend an approach during discovery with the trade-offs explained, and handle App Store and Google Play publishing.
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, as well as hybrid setups. We plan migrations in stages with rollback paths, write infrastructure as code so every environment is reproducible, and review usage to keep your cloud bill predictable.
Yes. We engineer data platforms end to end - ingestion, streaming, lakes and warehouses, transformation and BI - on tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and Postgres, so every team works from the same well-governed numbers.
Yes. Our cybersecurity work covers threat modelling, secure code review, vulnerability assessments and cloud and identity hardening, with findings ranked so the riskiest issues are fixed first.
Yes, where a shared ledger adds real value - smart contracts, decentralised apps, digital asset platforms and permissioned ledgers. Contracts are tested and audited, with upgrade paths and access control designed in.
Yes. Our technology consulting covers AI, cloud and data strategy, architecture reviews, modernisation roadmaps and technical due diligence - advice from engineers who also deliver, so it stays grounded in what can actually be built.
Embedded engineers and dedicated pods for big-tech engineering teams.
We embed individual engineers or complete pods into your organisation. They work in your repositories, tooling and review process, while Manzoorify stays accountable for staffing, quality and delivery.
Yes. Engineers work in your repositories, tracking tools and review workflows, and follow your team's engineering standards.
Absolutely. Many engagements start small and grow into dedicated pods once the fit is proven, and you can scale up or down as priorities shift - with a single point of accountability throughout.
Embedded engineers join your team's rituals, repositories and review workflows as individual contributors. A dedicated pod is a self-managing squad with its own tech lead that owns a workstream end to end - useful when you want an outcome, not just extra capacity.
We use a repeatable onboarding process for internal tooling, build systems and code-review standards, so engineers become productive fast. Exact timing depends on your access and security processes, so we agree a capacity plan matched to your roadmap up front.
We sign NDAs before any detailed discussion and follow your security policies for access, devices and data handling. Engineers get least-privilege access, and confidentiality is part of how we work from day one.
No. The model is built for FAANG and other large engineering organisations - any team that needs senior capacity meeting its existing bar. For startups and scale-ups, a client project with a dedicated squad is usually the better fit.
NDAs, ownership, access to your systems and how we handle data.
Yes - we're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details, and we'd recommend you don't send confidential information until one is in place. Confidentiality applies from the very first call.
You do. The code, designs and documentation we create for you belong to you - built in your repositories and your cloud, with no lock-in and clean hand-offs.
With least privilege from day one: we only request the access the work needs, keep secrets out of code and follow your policies for access, devices and data handling. For sensitive workloads we can work entirely inside your own cloud account, so data stays in your environment.
No. Everything lives in your repositories and cloud accounts, major decisions are recorded as ADRs, and READMEs and runbooks sit next to the code - so your own team, or anyone else, can pick it up at any time.
The forms on this site don't send data to our servers - they open your own email app with a pre-filled message, and nothing reaches us unless you send it. We use what you send to reply and prepare proposals, and we never sell personal information. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Email hello@manzoorify.com with the subject "Security report", including steps to reproduce and the potential impact. We'll acknowledge your report, keep you updated and fix confirmed issues as quickly as their severity requires - see our responsible disclosure policy.
Launch, hand-over and what happens after go-live.
We don't disappear at go-live. Releases ship as canary or blue-green deployments with observability dashboards, SLOs and alerting in place, and we stay on for monitoring, fixes and the next items on your roadmap.
Yes. We offer ongoing iteration, OS-update and dependency support, and monitoring, scoped to what your product needs. Support arrangements are agreed in writing as part of your engagement.
Yes - including projects that have stalled. We start with a code and architecture review, stabilise what's there and then improve it incrementally, rather than rewriting for the sake of it.
Yes. Clean hand-offs are part of how we work: the code lives in your repositories, with documentation, runbooks and architecture decisions right next to it. We include knowledge transfer so your team can own it with confidence.
