CSS (Comprehensive Shopping Service) is a large- scale, AI- driven product aggregation platformis a large-scale, AI-driven product aggregation platform designed to collect, structure, and compare over 5 million products sourced from a wide range of different states , each contributing data from numerous local merchants and online retailers. Built to unify scattered product data into a centralized, intelligent shopping system, CSS enables users to effortlessly search, filter, and compare items based on pricing, availability, location, user reviews, and delivery options. The platform automates the ingestion of real-time product data—capturing titles, descriptions, images, stock levels, and more—through dynamic crawling and merchant API integrations. Advanced AI models handle deduplication, categorize listings into unified taxonomies, and enrich incomplete data for consistency and SEO value. CSS supports use cases ranging from price comparison tools to affiliate networks and regional marketplaces. A powerful admin dashboard allows for deep oversight of merchant performance, product health, and regional data coverage.

Our Challenge

Managing over 5 million product listings from merchants across different states poses substantial technical and logistical challenges. The platform must normalize inconsistent data formats, eliminate duplicates, and standardize taxonomies while preserving the unique attributes of each listing. Keeping up with real-time changes in pricing and inventory requires a scalable, fault-tolerant architecture capable of syncing thousands of sources simultaneously. Regional variations in tax policies, delivery zones, and merchant regulations add further complexity. Additionally, maintaining the speed and relevance of search functionality at scale, ensuring legal compliance, and onboarding merchants efficiently are all critical hurdles that require ongoing optimization.
